Terms and Conditions:

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of our services and the agreement that operates between you and the String King Guitar Works. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of services.
Your access to and use of services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of String King Guitar Works.
 

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

1. String King Guitar Works guarantee to do the agreed work to the best standard. If clients work that's carried out does not meet the mutually agreed standard or require adjustments, they must contact us within 28 days of collection of the instrument to discuss a solution.

2. No refunds will be offered before any agreed corrective work is carried out.

3. No returns for faults will be accepted beyond 28 days after the instrument is collected.

4. Services must be paid for on collection by card, cash or other agreed method.

5. Instruments must be collected within 14 days of completion of the agreed work, unless otherwise agreed. A storage charge of £5 a week will otherwise apply.
